Reflecting the innovative spirit of Emil Jellinek, Daimler’s first transformation partner at the dawn of Mercedes-Benz, we are Publicis Emil.

Justin is CEO of Publicis Emil and the Global Account Lead for Daimler across Publicis Groupe, across all scope including media, production, creative and data.

Prior to this, Justin was the Chief Operating Officer for Publicis Communications, leading the operations of our creative, influence and design agencies in Europe and Latin America. This followed a number of roles with Saatchi & Saatchi including worldwide COO after he joined the agency as CEO for Greater China leading them to ‘Agency of the Year’ awards in successive years. 

Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi, Justin spent the first fourteen years of his career as a client. He started this journey with Unilever in Australia, then almost a decade with The Coca-Cola Company in a range of marketing leadership roles and locations around the world. After Coca-Cola he joined Nokia and then Orange before ‘switching sides’ to agency leadership with Publicis Groupe.

During his career, Justin has successfully led large scale transformation programmes as a client and from agency side, including playing a leadership role in the establishment of Publicis Communications and the Groupe Transformation into a “platform company”.

Maggie Lonergan

With over 25 years‘ experience, Maggie has unrivalled expertise advising clients across digital strategy, marketing, data and technology enablement. She operates at the forefront of consulting on digital business transformation and on how organizations can create competitive advantage through the lens of both customer centricity and brand purpose enabled by data and technology. She has a consistent track record of leading global brands on digital adoption and transformation programmes, both on agency and client side, with a significant automotive experience with Jaguar, Audi, MG Rover, Subaru & Isuzu across EMEA.

Maggie has held client leadership roles at highly respected digital agencies including R/GA, POSSIBLE and most recently at SapientRazorfish. Today she is bringing her experience to shape Publicis Emil’s as a showcase of the ‘Power of One’: client engagements that leverage the Groupe's capabilities across marketing and digital transformation, powered by data.

Todd Thiessen
Chief Strategy Officer

Todd started working with Mercedes-Benz USA in 2011 as Senior Vice President of Strategy for Razorfish – part of Publicis Groupe. Over the last eight years he has lead a global strategy team, working with Digital Marketing, MBFS, the Mercedes me program, Vans and a range of ad hoc dealer initiatives. In addition to Mercedes-Benz Todd has worked in automotive and mobility across a range of clients including Ford, Honda, Acura, and Hyundai as well as Bridgestone and Caterpillar.

Todd joined Scient Corp, now Publicis.Sapient, in September 1999 and he has worked in a variety of account, strategy, client management and business development roles across a number of industries beyond auto including retail, healthcare and media and entertainment.

Prior to Publicis, Todd worked in strategy with IBM Global Services and in media planning for several New York advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather. He received his B.S. in Finance from Georgetown and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University).

Claire Molyneux

Claire has an impressive track record of building leading global brands across wide range of categories, also successful in taking market leadership.

She led significant transformation programs as a client: at P&G built both some of the world`s leading brands e.g. Ariel, Pampers and Always as well as building people, teams, capability and capacity with a focus on digital. In 2015, Claire joined Saatchi and Saatchi, entering through planning and establishing an integrated strategic function for a global client, she then became Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Geneva. From there, she stepped in to building Marketing Transformation Models to best harness the power of Publicis Groupe network for our clients.

Claire thrives in fast paced, action orientated environments and has worked across all continents from bases in the UK, Switzerland, Israel and Nigeria, so she understands what local brand builders need.

Sebastian Küpers
Chief Intelligence Officer

Sebastian is Publicis Emil Chief Intelligence Officer

Sebastian has 19 years experience in creating, selling and managing digital projects in all shapes and sizes. Expert in marketing related usecases like personalization, marketing automation, conversational interfaces, media optimization & business intelligence, Sebastian is a trusted advisor on varied security, data protection and scalability requirements.

For the past seven years at digital agency Publicis Pixelpark, Sebstian has led a team of Data Analysts, Scientists, Engineers & Architects to transform marketing in an AI first world. In parallel, he has founded several companies himself.

Veronika Ingerflom
Chief Talent Officer

Veronika started her career as a lawyer, first specialized in Intellectual Property than Labour Law. Before she definitively embraced her vocation as international human resources professional, she had founded and directed during 4 years a monthly magazine on Argentinean tango, reconciling passion and job.

With now over 15 years’ experience in multicultural environment within different industry sectors (media, software, consulting), Veronika has partnered closely with the business on developing & implementing HR strategies, managing talent & performance, leading organizational change programmes, and engaging talent with business objectives. She is thriven by creating an environment that supports team collaboration, open communication and fast career development.

Norbert Knapp
Chief Commercial Officer / Global Client Finance Lead

Financial and operational expert with over 20 years experience as CFO for various Network agencies like DDB, McCann, DMB&B. But also with a sound marketing background as Product Manager for American Express before he joined the advertising industry as CFO. Meanwhile 8 years with Publicis Germany as Country CFO for Publicis Communications recently promoted to his new role as Chief Commercial Officer for Publicis and responsible as GCFL Daimler also for Publicis Emil.

In this role he is responsible to drive the global client business development across multiple disciplines and markets. And support as a business partner and contract / compensation expert global pitches.

Richard Stevens
Global Programme Management Officer

For over 22 years, Richard has worked in various markets. As Global Programme Director at Digitas since 2004, he has partnered with DLBi Paris office, with MRY US and in the Middle East, he worked on the creation and set up of the operations for the Dubai DLBi office.

Richard main focus is in setting up large engagements for success and delivering solutions to business implementations. His experience ranges from programme management to client servicing in the digital arena, in various sectors including automotive, airlines, FMCG, retail, and telecoms.
